Accessibility Statement

Last updated 15 September 2026

We care about making Optimum’s information and services accessible to the people who need them. This statement applies to www.optimumtemps.co.uk, operated by Optimum Temperature Solutions Ltd.

Our approach

Our aim is to make the website usable for people with a range of disabilities and access needs. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, known as WCAG, version 2.2 Level AA as our target when designing and improving the website.

Our accessibility work focuses on clear page structure and readable content, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, useful image descriptions, accessible forms, sufficient colour contrast and layouts that remain usable when enlarged.

Current accessibility status

We have not yet established whether every page, document and function meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA, so we do not currently claim full conformance. We welcome reports of barriers and will use them to help prioritise improvements.

The website uses Wix and may include manufacturer brochures or third-party components. We have not yet verified the accessibility of every downloadable document or embedded component. If one prevents you from finding information or contacting us, please tell us so that we can help and consider an accessible alternative.

Request help or report a problem

If you need information in a different format, help using the website or an adjustment when contacting our team, please get in touch:

Email: sales@optimumtemps.co.uk

Post: Optimum Temperature Solutions Ltd, Vicarage Corner House, 219 Burton Road, Derby, England, DE23 6AE.

Please tell us which page or document you are trying to use, what you need help with and your preferred way for us to respond. If relevant, you can include the browser or assistive technology you use. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical history.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five working days. We will discuss a suitable way to provide the information or service you need and explain the next steps. We do not charge for reasonable adjustments.

If you are unhappy with our response

Please ask for your concern to be reviewed by the Optimum management team. You can also seek independent advice about discrimination and reasonable adjustments from the Equality Advisory and Support Service in England, Scotland and Wales, or the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
